about this poster

Alsace poster, wine route and terraced vineyards

On this Alsace poster, the wine route winds between terraced vineyards clinging to gentle hills. Below, a village of half-timbered houses huddles around its church spire, and the bluish line of the Vosges closes off the horizon. The landscape format lets the rows of vines unfold and gives the panorama real breadth. The greens of the vineyard, the colorful façades and the blue of the mountains make for a welcoming image. The title “ALSACE” appears in the manner of an illustrated travel poster.

The Alsatian vineyard for the dining room

Horizontal in shape, it fits above a dining table, a sideboard or a bench in a country kitchen. Its greens and façade colors pair well with solid wood, checked tablecloths, pottery and stemmed glasses. It also finds a place in a wine cellar or tasting corner, next to other posters of wine regions. A great gift for an Alsatian family, a lover of Riesling or Gewürztraminer, or friends who have cycled the wine route.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
