Returns and refunds

This policy applies to purchases made on Brunelia. The right of withdrawal and the statutory guarantees are separate.

Notifying Brunelia of your withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. For an order delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the receipt of the last item. The legal rules for calculating and extending the period continue to apply.

You can send us a clear statement at contact@brunelia.fr or by mail to EURL AFFISEO (Brunelia), Bureau 3, 8 rue de la République, 13001 Marseille, France. Please include the details we need to find your order. The template below is optional: any other statement that clearly expresses your decision is also valid.

Returning the posters

You then have 14 days after sending your statement to return the items to us. Please contact us to get the return address that applies to your order: the manufacturer’s address, or the one shown on a parcel, is not necessarily the return address. Contacting us is not a condition for your withdrawal to be valid.

Protect the posters for transport; you can reuse the original packaging or use suitable packaging. The absence of the original packaging does not, on its own, lead to a refusal. Any reduction in value can only relate to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item, under the conditions set by law. Keep proof of shipment.

The direct cost of returning items because you changed your mind is at your expense. This rule does not apply to the handling of a defective or non-conforming product under the statutory guarantees.

Refund

We will refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. For a sale of goods, we may delay the refund until we have received the items back or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery costs. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery method that you expressly chose is not refunded. The refund is made using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.

Standard posters and exceptions

A catalog poster printed after the order, in a standard size offered on the site, keeps the right of withdrawal. Print-on-demand does not, on its own, constitute personalization. Any legal exceptions, in particular for clearly personalized goods, must apply to the product concerned and be brought to your attention before purchase; no general exclusion applies to standard posters.

Changing or canceling before shipment

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will check its preparation status. This option neither replaces nor limits your right of withdrawal.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product

Write to us at contact@brunelia.fr with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us review it. No 48-hour reporting deadline removes your statutory guarantees. Handling of a non-conformity is free of charge for the consumer.

Uncollected parcel

Failing to collect a parcel does not, on its own, constitute a declaration of withdrawal. Please contact us so that we can look into the delivery and your request. Not collecting a parcel does not automatically cause you to lose your right to a refund where a valid withdrawal or another legal remedy applies.
